Anern’ s Solar Water Pump System Project in South Africa

In 2019, Anern launched a new solar energy product, solar water pump system, which has received extensive attention, especially in Africa, South America, Southeast Asia and other water-deficient areas. Solar power system is energy saving and environment friendly. It can support for daily water use, for irrigation, for storage, for animals, for nature & future and so on.

South Africa is a key cooperation area of Anern, Since the launch of the solar pump system, more than a dozen project cooperation has been completed with the South African region. We will send someone to the site to install and train, including good after-sales service, no maintenance fees, is a partner worth considering.

Over the years, We have seen how people leaving in rural areas with no access to electricity supply go through challenges of non-access to potable water supply and can’t afford procuring expensive solar water pumps either for irrigation farming or community water supply. The Sloar Water Pump System provides surface water alternative for irrigation farming, public and community water supply, as well livestock water needs.

It allows for integration with existing conventional water pumps, So a whole system comprises of the Spunvertek solar water pump inverter, the conventional submersible or surface pump and the solar panels. However, the solar panels and the pumps (submersible or surface) are external products that need the inverter to achieve their aim.

Since launching in September 2019, 3 , Anern  solar inverters have been successfully deployed to various communities within the Northern part of Africa.

For example, a fish pond in an off-grid location requires constant water supply. Options are either to use a generator set for water pumping or to procure expensive solar water pumps. Using the latter always costs more at initial setup and hence, the ROI on these can only be achieved after 3 – 4 years due to the cost. But with Anern solar water pumps  the initial capital is so low that ROI can be achieved within 9 – 18 months, thus enabling a whopping 165% profit,

As of December 2018, the global market for solar water pumping was valued at $822 million. The farmers and rural dwellers in Southern Africa being the indicator, as the region is considered the most underserved when it comes to access to potable water. Therefore, it is the key cooperation area of Anern.
