Anern has completed a 10MW rooftop solar PV solar project in Nansha, Guangzhou. On the roofs of the two factory buildings, a square array of 36,000 blue solar electric panels, with a total area of nearly 100,000 square meters. Since its completion and operation, this rooftop solar PV plant can provide Nansha with more than 11 million kWh of green electricity supply annually, helping Nansha to reduce CO₂ in excess of 10,000 tons, reduce sulfur dioxide by 130 tons and save water resources by 40,000 tons.

 The photovoltaic power plant also generates electricity through grid connection and transmits the electricity to other units within Nansha for use.
